Clay Target Shooting is a fantastic Team Building  Event, Bachelor’s Party Adventure, Family Outing or Corporate Day Out of the Office. As a Corporate Day it will get your competitive spirit kicked into high gear, having a huge amount of fun in the process. Outside Adventures offers Clay Target Shooting in a professional, fun and safe environment. This highly visual sport is available to anyone regardless of previous levels of expertise – even those that have never shot before will enjoy this Adventure. Feel the real kick, smell the gun-smoke. We shoot real clays with real shotguns!

Cost: Hekpoort venue – Thunder Ranch

  • 1 person - R690 (including 24 shots) (minimum charge)
  • 2+ people - R345 per person (including 12 shots per person)
  • Extra shots at R20 per shot.
  • Maximum 12 participants per session

Other venues (if we need to travel to you, within 50 km from Hekpoort)

  • 1-4 people - R1380 for group (including 48 shots) (minimum charge)
  • 5+ people – R345 per person (including 12 shots per person)
  • Extra shots at R20 per shot.
  • Maximum 12 participants per session

Please note that extra charges will apply is the travelling distance is greater than 50km from Hekpoort.

  • Available for the Average Couch Potatoe, and those that have never shot before!
  • Ages 12 and older only. For younger ones you can book pellet-gun shooting.

What you need to bring:
  • Appropriate footwear, like hiking boots/shoes, or a good pair of sport shoes
  • Comfortable clothing, a hat – preferably a peak/baseball cap
  • Sun block
  • Warm clothing and rain gear – the weather can change unexpectedly and sudden drops in temperature are common
  • Own refreshments (non-alcoholic beverages only)
  • A camera
  • Enthusiasm and a spirit of adventure!
